In case anyone was interested...

Step 1: Quick sketch/lineart. I don't like perfect lineart and I don't spend time on it. I go straight to coloring over it while referencing the skin color, etc. (time~15 min)

Step 2: I fill up the background and clearly set the light source(s). (time~1 min) [I usually take a break before starting to color.]

Step 3: I love doing the face. I almost never use the smudge tool. Everything is carefully blended through lightly painting over the area again and again. At this point, the head is done except for additional lighting/highlights. (time~30 min)

Step 4: The rest of the body. Again, I reference the right colors and paint in rough strokes. I don't want perfectly smooth cloth/armor. I really like drawing the hands. I have also highlighted generally the top of the arms, hair, etc, in anticipation of light from the top. All this is on one layer. (time~40 min)

Step 5: The background was really difficult for me this time. Not sure why-- I went through 5 different attempts before landing on something darker than what I had originally planned. The lighting had shifted as well. I wasn't going to recolor the body, but I had light spots where there was no light...what to do...? (time~40 min)

Step 6: I figured an easy way out of the lighting problem. Picture complete! (10 min for formatting)

Total time~2hr 20 min.

I have alot left over from my holiday in Europe, it was cheaper to buy a 50 sheat pack, than a 25 sheat pack

By art shop you mean charging GW gold for your drawings? If so then im sure you would get many people coming, check out some of the other artists commisions threads, it will give you an idea on price, and how much interest there is.

And in my opinion yours are better aura!
